Dear GBN Faculty:
For the March 3 Institute Day, Glenbrook North will hold the first Teachers Teaching Teachers Mini-Conference: Teaching & Learning in the 21st Century, presented by our teachers for our teachers.

Given the number of talented master teachers who are enhancing teaching and learning through the implementation of instructional technology, we are requesting presentation proposals from GBN faculty. Whether you are just beginning to infuse new technology -based instructional approaches in your classroom or if this has been a standard component of your teaching repertoire we are asking that you consider serving as a presenter for our March 3 institute day.

In order to make this day a success, we are looking for GBN faculty to submit brief presentation proposals on the great classroom approaches you are using or just starting to use in your classroom in relation to Teaching and Learning in the 21st Century.

Part of the excitement of such a day is having a wide-range of topics for all content areas and for a variety of technology proficiency levels. Thus, we encourage all of you to consider submitting a presentation proposal and to remember that it is not about being an expert but showcasing the amazing things happening in your classroom or the exciting things beginning to happen in your classroom that have a positive impact on teaching and learning.

Therefore, you are cordially invited to submit a presentation proposal for the March 3 Teachers Teaching Teachers Mini-Conference: Teaching and Learning in the 21st Century. Please submit all proposals to Ryan Bretag by February 8, 2008. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Dr. Williamson or Ryan Bretag.

Thank you for considering presenting and sharing on what is sure to be an invigorating day as we explore Teaching and Learning in the 21st Century.
Dr. Williamson and Ryan Bretag
